EULA - End User License Agreement

SOFTWARE is licensed on a per user basis (not by concurrent users). For example, if you have three people who use Dynamsoft SCM Anywhere Standalone, you need to purchase three licenses: one license for each of those three people. Each user may install the SOFTWARE Client on multiple machines as needed and access Dynamsoft SCM Anywhere Standalone Server from multiple clients at the same time.

Each active user will be bound to a Dynamsoft SCM Anywhere Standalone license. The inactive user doesn't take one license.

In order to activate Dynamsoft SCM Anywhere Standalone for operation, you must configure one or more serial numbers on the server-side. These serial numbers are used to tell the Server how many Client licenses you have purchased. The total number of active user accounts must not exceed the total number of purchased licenses for your organization.
